Next challenge: Sea Swim & Run around the Scilly Isles

Sarah and I are now in the beautiful Scillies, all ready for our latest challenge: Sarah is swimming 15k over six swims, and I am running the same distance over 2 days from tomorrow (Wednesday 6th September)

We took the overnight sleeper train to Penzance, then a ferry to the islands.

Sarah’s a strong swimmer and I’m a seasoned runner, but this is our most difficult challenge yet and it will test us both.

Wish us luck! And support us with a donation if you can over on our Just Giving page.

SwimQuest who run the challenege have known and worked with Nick and Dewi for many years – with John Coningham-Rolls, Nick and Dewi working together on some of the first swimming holidays in Scilly, back in 2007.
