20/20 Bike Ride and Walk at Beachy head

This month’s effort in #achallengingyear was crafted around a shameless plug for our shared optometric background.

Named the 20/20 Challenge, it involved a 20k cycle followed by a 20k hike over the cliffs around Beachy Head.

Despite the threat of a thunderstorm, we kept smiling in heavy rain (well, mainly smiling) and made it back in one piece.
